Swimming
Each year after Easter, Senior Infants to Sixth Class go swimming once a week in Mayfield. Here the children are given swimming lessons for approximately ten weeks. The improvement and progress the girls make is wonderful. At the end of the term we hold a Swimming Gala and a Fun Day also. Over the years we have also held Life-Saving Courses in Lota Swimming Pool following which the girls receive a Certificate.
