Today was a really busy day in the school. In the morning 6th class had their Junior Enterpreneur Showcase Day where they invited parents and guests to hear about the business that they have set up and have been running. They have been very busy making lip blams using natural products and are already making a nice profit. Balms were for sale too. They call their balms Lipilicious which is a really clever name.
After the break we had a surprise visit from the Lord Mayor and the Lady Mayoress who came to hear the girls perform as part of the Lifelong Learning Festival. The girls played some lovely melodies and sang some songs. The Lord Mayor spoke to the girls and was really impressed by their performance.
