The new Green Schools Committee has already held three meetings and the girls are getting busy with a number of tasks. They have completed an audit and are taking water and electricity meter readings. We will be developing our action plan over the coming months with the aim to continue the work we have been doing and to work towards reducing the amount of water used in the school. As the school has been paying for the water used for some years, reducing consumption will help save some money. We are working towards gaining our third green flag, for water this time. The girls are really interested and enthusiastic and are going to be doing a very important task.
