The school tennis team had a wonderful tournament today winning the Barber Cup for the 10th time in thirteen years. This is an extraordinary achievement by the girls and their coaches, Martin from Cork Parks Tennis and Sr de Lourdes. They topped their group in the tournament before beating Scoil Oilibheir in the semi-final and Scoil Sproid Naomh in the final. They girls put a lot of effort into their preparation and this really made a big difference on the day. Todays success comes only the week after the runners had so much success in the City Sports.
