Lisa O’Grady from An Taisce, Green Schools, came today and every class had a really informative and interesting session with her. The girls learned all about climate change, the build up of CO2 in the atmosphere and the effect it is having on the planet. Lisa encouraged us all to do out best even with simple changes like using fewer plastic wrappers, using reusable cups and avoiding plastic straws. These are simple changes that we can all make and they do make a difference.
