The Lord Mayor Cllr Mick Finn visited the school. He allowed much more time than Lord Mayors usually do and this allowed him the time to really have a conversation with the girls. He touched on a lot of topics and one of the topics was making sure that they have someone to talk to if they are worried about something. Looking for help and support is so important and keeping things inside and trying to solve problems on one’s own isn’t a good thing to do. The girls had lots of questions for him about being a Lord Mayor. They sang some songs and the Lord Mayor joined them with their singing.
