Christmas Extravaganza on Thursday 6th

There will be a Christmas Extravaganza in the school on Thurs 6th from 1pm to 2.30pm. Lots of activities are planned including Santa’s Grotto (€4 per child) a cake sale, a jumble sale, face painting, a candy corner,  a silent auction, teas and coffee. Admission is free and all are welcome.

Halloween Fun

Halloween is a great time for some light hearted fun and a lot of dress up too. Each class put on a little performance which included poetry, dance and singing. After the show the girls got a treat and had a disco complete with lights.

3rd and 4th class library visit

3rd and 4th class had a really interesting visit to the library. The theme was the Vikings and they learned all about their clothes, weapons, household goods and their way of life. The best part of the trip was being able to dress up in the costumes and handle the other instruments.
